1. Shipping Coverage

  • Delivery Locations: We currently ship orders across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Pincode Availability: Shipping serviceability can be verified by entering your pincode at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on order value and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping may be available on eligible orders, as displayed during checkout.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Dispatch & Transit: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on the destination.
  • Delays: Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or other logistical issues. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: After dispatch, shipment tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
  • Tracking Support: If you do not receive tracking information or require assistance, please contact us.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Recipient Unavailability: Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to origin.
  • Incorrect Address: Nikita Containers is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Order Changes: Once an order has been dispatched, modifications to the shipping address or order items are not possible.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within a limited time after placement, provided processing has not begun.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant photos.
  • Lost Shipments: In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partner and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Return-to-Origin (RTO)

Orders returned to origin due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be re-shipped upon customer request. Additional shipping charges may apply.
